  2013年11月聚乙烯出产持续处于亏本状况，厂家约束开单，且进口货源到货不多导致商场货源偏少，推高质料价格。“金九银十”已曩昔，最终用户对高价质料收购较为慎重，设备开工积极性下降，并对本来多为按需收购，且以小单为主，因而价格高的质料价格较难转移到制品上，11月塑料质料商场供需指数为127，较10月塑料质料商场供需指数有所添加，表明商场供应紧缺格式有所缓解，但仍旧低于供需平衡指数。
